All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship to the United States and internationally.

  • United States 
    Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Europe
    Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the World
    Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the United States), customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

MiteVac is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

MiteVac is not responsible for:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information
